Ecomax Premium® is a series of certified envelopes completely plastic-free and can be recycled without the need for sorting (100% paper) as with standard envelopes with bubble wrap and film inside.
The envelopes are made of 6 layers of strong uncoated paper, which enhances the resistance to damage of the envelope content. Their interior is lined with a flexible double protective layer of specially embossed bubble paper insert weighing 100gsm, which stiffens the envelope, absorbs shocks, prevents creasing or breaking and, above all, provides excellent protection for the contents sent in the envelope. Another important advantage is the low weight of the envelope, which positively affects the cost of shipment. The very strong adhesive used in the production, which is applied under the paper strip using HOT MELT technology, protects the trapezoidal or straight flap closing the envelope from opening. Durable and aesthetically pleasing gluing of the two side edges and a fully lined protective layer on the underside of the envelope prevents it from tearing.
Order processing time is usually 1-2 business days from the time the payment is credited (for prepaid orders) or from the time the order is placed (for orders with payment on delivery). We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
Can I house the forgotten products?
It is possible to order products at home. However, please note that this may delay the delivery of your order. To house products, please call our Sales Office. Our team will make every effort to include additional products in your order and ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Is it possible to send a parcel without marking the sender?
We do not send “no name” shipments. All shipments are properly marked to ensure safe and proper delivery. Marking your shipment with the sender is important for identifying and tracking your order, allowing you to quickly resolve any problems during transit.
Is it possible to combine orders?
It is possible to combine orders to be shipped to the same address. To do this, please call our Sales Office. However, please note that this may delay the processing and shipping of your order. Our team will make every effort to minimize delays and ensure that all products reach you at the same time.

Where can I find the invoice for the purchase I made?
You can download the invoice for your purchase from the e-mail you receive. After you place an order and pay for it, we automatically send an invoice to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you have not received an invoice, please check your SPAM folder.
