  We do not send “no name” shipments. All shipments are properly marked to ensure safe and proper delivery. Marking your shipment with the sender is important for identifying and tracking your order, allowing you to quickly resolve any problems during transit.

• Is it possible to combine orders?

  It is possible to combine orders to be shipped to the same address. To do this, please call our Sales Office. However, please note that this may delay the processing and shipping of your order. • Where can I find the invoice for the purchase I made?

  You can download the invoice for your purchase from the e-mail you receive. After you place an order and pay for it, we automatically send an invoice to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you have not received an invoice, please check your SPAM folder. • Is it possible to trim the paper?

  We offer the possibility of cutting the paper to the size you specify. Our services include precise paper cutting according to your needs. For this service, please contact our Sales Office, which will help you with the details and preparation of your order.

  The minimum size for paper cutting is 9 cm. This is the smallest dimension that we can precisely cut according to your needs. With our advanced cutting equipment, we can ensure accuracy and high quality workmanship.

• Along which side does the fiber run in the paper in the polygraph format?

  In the printing format, the fiber runs along the second dimension given. This is important for printing because it affects the strength and behavior of the paper. Knowing the direction of the fibers is crucial in design and printing to avoid paper deformation problems.

• What is the thickness of Arena 580g paper?

  Arena's 580g paper has a thickness of 0.66mm. It is a high-quality paper that is perfect for artistic and professional applications, and its thickness provides durability and an elegant look.

• What is the thickness of Biancoflash 500g paper?

  The 500g Biancoflash paper is 0.49mm thick. It features excellent smoothness and whiteness, making it ideal for digital printing.

• What is the thickness of Burano Nero 700g paper?

• What paper thickness is suitable for a home printer?

  For a home printer, paper with a maximum weight of 250g is best suited. Such thickness ensures good printing results, without weighing down the printer mechanism. 250g paper is stiff enough to ensure high quality printing, while not causing jams in the printer.

• Do you offer a creasing service?

  We offer creasing service with individual pricing. Creasing allows for precise bending of paper or cardboard, which is essential when creating brochures, invitations and other products. The creasing process ensures accurate and aesthetically pleasing bends, which is crucial for the professional appearance of printed materials.

• Do you offer personalization of envelopes and papers?

  Unfortunately, we do not personalize envelopes and papers. 

• Are mirror papers suitable for printing?

  We do not recommend printing on mirrored papers. The surface of these papers is very smooth and reflective, which can cause problems with ink or toner adhesion. Printing on mirror papers may be uneven or impermanent. We recommend choosing papers dedicated to printing for best visual results and durability.

• Is chalkboard paper suitable for inkjet printing?

  We do not recommend inkjet printing on chalkboard paper, which has a special coating that impedes ink absorption, leading to smudged print and blurred outlines. 

• How are large paper formats shipped?

  Large paper formats are shipped flat - they are not rolled up. This way of packaging guarantees that the paper will not get creased or damaged during transportation. We take care of every detail so that your orders arrive in perfect condition. Our priority is to deliver the highest quality products, so we use proven packaging methods that protect the paper from any potential damage.

• Do you offer envelopes without glue?

  We also offer envelopes in a non-adhesive version, known as BK envelopes. This variant includes all C8 envelopes and Golden Star envelopes, which are ideal for a variety of applications.

• What is the minimum purchase quantity for decorative envelopes?

  Most decorative envelopes can be purchased starting from one piece, so you can order exactly as many envelopes as you need.

• Do you make envelopes in non-standard formats?

  We also manufacture customized envelopes. If you need envelopes in non-standard formats, shapes, colors or with unique prints, please contact our Sales Office.
