• What is the lead time of the order?

  Order processing time is usually 1-2 business days from the time the payment is credited (for prepaid orders) or from the time the order is placed (for orders with payment on delivery). We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. 

• Can I house the forgotten products?

  It is possible to order products at home. However, please note that this may delay the delivery of your order. To house products, please call our Sales Office. Our team will make every effort to include additional products in your order and ensure the fastest possible delivery.

• Is it possible to send a parcel without marking the sender?

  We do not send “no name” shipments. All shipments are properly marked to ensure safe and proper delivery. Marking your shipment with the sender is important for identifying and tracking your order, allowing you to quickly resolve any problems during transit.

• Is it possible to combine orders?

  It is possible to combine orders to be shipped to the same address. To do this, please call our Sales Office. However, please note that this may delay the processing and shipping of your order. Our team will make every effort to minimize delays and ensure that all products reach you at the same time.

• I have a problem with payment by Przelewy24. Can I pay the order by traditional transfer?

• What if the contents of the shipment do not match the order placed or the product received is defective?

  If the contents of the shipment do not match the order placed or the product received is defective, please send any irregularities and comments regarding the order to the e-mail address: info@netuno24.eu. Please provide detailed information such as your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the defective product or incorrect shipment. This will enable us to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently, ensuring your full satisfaction with your purchase.

• Where can I find the invoice for the purchase I made?

  You can download the invoice for your purchase from the e-mail you receive. After you place an order and pay for it, we automatically send an invoice to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you have not received an invoice, please check your SPAM folder. If you have any further problems, please contact our Sales Office.
